My services include assisting you in strategically determine the asking price, Multiple Listing with cooperating brokers, offering suggestions on how to stage your home and improve the condition. I will schedule showings, holding an Open House, coordinate print ads and internet advertising.

I will review contracts and offers with you and communicate negotiations with buyers. Manage paperwork; coordinate processing of contract contingencies involving home inspections, financing, and appraisals.

I will be there all the way through the process and attend the closing.

My goal is to find a buyer in the Market place that loves your home and to do it in the specific timeframe you request. If the Market tells us we need to offer incentives to bring a buyer then I will make suggestions.

My Fee is 6% and let me tell you how that works. First we offer half to the other cooperation broker and the agent that brings the buyer. Then Re/Max takes part of the 3% leftover to cover Marketing, Administration and Overhead. Then I have the rest in which I start spending on additional advertising. I am not the least expensive but can offer the most value for your money to properly market and sell your home.
